Hand block printed with mud (Dabu) and 100% naturally dyed with indigo by a talented team of artisans in Rajasthan. Finished with hand stitching by our master seamstress in Jaipur India, Madhuri using Kantha stitching. This is one of the oldest forms of embroidery which originated in India many centuries ago and is past down from mother to daughter. The quilt is a light weight, consisting of two pieces of fabric stitched together which makes a great summer blanket or decorative throw adding a traditional, authentic and exotic flair to your living space.
This quilt may have uneven edges or loose threads and slight variations in the design due to the hand-crafting techniques used to produce it. This only adds to the charm of the piece and is not considered a defect.

Dry clean or separate and gentle hand wash in cold water. Hang dry. Keep out of harsh direct sunlight to avoid excessive fading. This item has been hand dyed using natural pigments which can have the potential to rub off or run slightly or run with the first few washes.
